Josh has been in executive level recruiting for nearly a decade and a half having established himself as one of the best and most reliable professionals in the industry. In the process he’s built and maintained an extensive network particularly in Banking as well as Accounting, Finance, and IT/Cyber Security.

A life-long resident of northeast Ohio he attended Mount Union College from 1998 to 2002 eventually earning a degree in Business Administration and was a proud member of three national championship football teams for the Purple Raiders. Prior to executive recruiting Josh worked in industrial sales for five years with two multi-national organizations.

Today, Josh & his wife Angela, their three beautiful daughters, one handsome son, a boxer named Penny, a Maine coon named Bob, and a street cat named Spike all reside on the west side of Cleveland where they enjoy one another’s company, plethora of shared interests from arts & music to football & volleyball, and all the surprises & antics that take place in a family of six.
